Apply Online at   https://embassy.passportindia.gov.in

PROCEDURE:
Step 1: Go to website given above. Select country – Serbia. Create USER ID by Click on Register. Link will be sent to your email.
Step 2: Click on the link received in email. Activate USER ID.
Step 3: Go on Website Home page. Click at USER LOGIN. Fill Login ID, Password and Captcha.
Step 4: Select Country, Select Service, and fill all the details. Submit Application. Note down ARN No. 
Step 5: Go to Website Home page. Print Application. Affix your recent coloured photograph (white background with size 2” X 2“) at the designated place(see Photograph guidelines here). Put Signature on the Application. 
Step 6: Submit the print out of the application along with required documents and prescribed fee at the Embassy during 09:00 to 12:00 hrs on any working day.

In addition to the above fee an amount of RSD 300 will be charged towards ICWF.

 


DOCUMENTS for PASSPORT:
⦁ following original documents with self attested photocopies:-

(i) Current Passport.
(ii) Residence ship (PR/TR/Visa etc.).
(iii) Address Document, if address is changed.
(iv) Passport Size Photo (2)
(v) Prescribed Fee.
(vi) Police Report/FIR in case of Lost Passport.

⦁ Addition of spouse name: In addition to the above documents; copy of marriage certificate with Apostle (by Serbian authority if issued in Serbia or by CPV division, Ministry of External Affairs if issued in India).

⦁ Fresh Passport for child born abroad: In addition to the above documents (i) to (v):-
(a) Register birth in the concerned Municipality/authority in Serbia.
(b) Get Apostle of Birth Certificate issued by Serbian authority, Get English translation if the Certificate is not in English language.
(c) Register birth in India online at https://indiancitizenshiponline.nic.in/Home2.aspx?formcode=09
(d) Submit the document (b) and print of (c) in the Embassy.
(e) Passport of parents.
(f) Annexure D (Undertaking from parents).

NOTE: Passports are printed in India and delivered to the Embassy through Courier. It takes about 2-3 weeks. In case of Police Verification, additional time is required by the Police authorities for Verification.
