Scheme for Researchers and Scientists – VAJRA (Visiting Advance Joint Research Faculty)
Prime Minister of India Shri Narendra Modi announced a scheme for researchers and scientists called VAJRA (Visiting Advance Joint Research Faculty) in his keynote address at the Pravasi Bharatiya Divas Convention held from 7-9 January 2017 in Bengaluru.
A brochure brought out by Science and Engineering Research Board, Department of Science and Technology giving highlights and procedures for implementing the scheme is attached for information of eligible NRIs/PIOs/OCIs.
