Indian Film Festivals in Kikinda and Mladenovac 

   The Embassy of India, Belgrade, is pleased to inform that, on the occasion of 70 years of India’s independence and 70th anniversary of establishment of diplomatic relations between India and Serbia, Indian film festivals are being organised at the Cultural Center of Kikinda, Vojvodina, from 3-7 July 2017 and the Cultural Center of Mladenovac, near Belgrade, from 5-8 July 2017.

2. On this occasion, some of the publically acclaimed Bollywood films will be screened, as follows: 

The following films will be screened at the Cultural Center of Kikinda, 3-7 July 2017 (Trg Srpskih dobrovoljaca 23): 

  1. Taare Zameen Par ( Like Stars on Earth / Every Child is Special / Hindi / 2007

(For the inaugural on 3 July at 8 p.m.)    

  1.  Jodhaa Akbar / Hindi / 2008
  2. Barfi! /  Hindi / 2012
  3. Bajirao Mastani ( Badžirao Mastani ) / Hindi / 2015
  4. Bajrangi Bhaijaan ( Brother Bajrangi / Hindi / 2015 

3. The following films will be screened from 5-8 July 2017 at the Cultural Center of Mladenovac (Vojvode Putnika 7, Mladenovac), as part of the Cultural Summer manifestation

  1.  Dil Chahta Hai ( As the Heart Desires / Hindi / 2001
  2.  Fashion / Hindi / 2008
  3.  3 Idiots / Hindi / 2009
  4.  Devdas / Hindi / 2002
