CLE, under the Market Access Initiative (MAI) Scheme of the Govt. of India, proposes to organize the 6th edition of DILEX (Delhi International Leather Expo) - Reverse Buyer Seller Meet @ India International Convention and Expo Center (IICC), Dwarka, New Delhi, India on 20^th and 21^st February, 2025.

Objective:

This show proposes to invite potential overseas buyers to showcase the capabilities & developments of Indian Footwear, Leather & Leather Products Industry as a major sourcing destination and also to facilitate B2B meetings between Indian Exporters and overseas buyers for establishing marketing tie-ups and exploring business collaborations and joint venture agreements. About the 5^th edition of DILEX

The 5^th edition of DILEX organized by CLE during March 4-5, 2024 had witnessed participation of 165 Indian exhibitors from different parts of India and over 125 foreign buyers/brands and substantial number of buying houses & agents. Participants were very happy in terms of number of buyers visited and the business outcome. They were able to meet some of their existing customers as well as new potential buyers. Visit of Buying houses and agents from India, added value for the event. The Outcome Report says that, during the show, around 1100 one to one business meetings were held and business worth Rs. 15965 lakhs has been generated.

6^th edition of DILEX

As per directions of Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, CLE is organizing the 6^th edition of DILEX with more number of participants. We have booked an area of 3500 sq. mtrs at IICC, Dwarka, New Delhi (Yashobhoomi), for the 6^th edition of DILEX. We are targeting to enlist more than 200 Indian exhibitors for this Show and 225-250 foreign buyers are expected to visit the DILEX, mostly from European countries and USA, for one to one business meetings with the Indian exhibitors. Besides, buying houses and buying agents from across India will be attending the show.

The Salient Features of the 6^th DILEX are as follows:-

· The Show will be a Two-Day Event (10.00 am to 5.30 pm on both days).

· The Show will have a participation of more than 200 leading Indian Manufacturer-Exporters/suppliers of Footwear (leather & non-leather), Footwear Components (Uppers), Leather Garments, Leather Goods & Accessories, including various categories of Leather Gloves and Harness & Saddlery products.

· One-to-One business meetings will be arranged during the BSM days between the Indian participating companies and Overseas Buyers/importers, based on the product interest.

CLE is offering a complimentary hospitality package, as per details given below, for the visiting foreign buyers:-

    ·         Reimbursement of return air fare, subject to Economy Class ceiling limits
    ·         2 Nights Complimentary Stay in a 5-Star Category hotel in New Delhi with Bed & Breakfast

•  Arrival at New Delhi in the afternoon of 19th February 2025
•  Stay in New Delhi during Show Days (2 nights)
•  Return flights can be scheduled post evening on 21st February 2025.
•  Buyers are free to arrive in New Delhi few days prior to the event or to extend their stay beyond the show days at their own cost.
•  Complimentary airport pick-up and drop will be arranged, on request.
•  Long distance call charges, use of Business Center/ Health Club, laundry, liquor etc. in the Hotel will be borne by the individual Buyers.
•  The complimentary hospitality package is offered to only one Director/Senior Executive of the company.
•  The Complimentary hospitality package will be confirmed only to the Business visitors who have interest to source footwear and leather products from India.
